Garden Care has become a growing division of Monark over the last 5 years. The client demand results and therefore an expectation of maintaining their gardens has increased.

Monark has recognized this change, and therefore have become receptive and experienced to understanding exactly what the client is after, in the most cost effective manner. From one-off clean ups to on going scheduled maintenance programs - we can do it all.

Our services can be arranged with our clients in different formats. Many of Monarks service is set on a regular frequency, or pre contractual arrangement - this ensures consistency and transparency, particularly for larger clients it also provides a set costing structure that ultimately has direct benefits to them and their clients.

Scheduled Maintenance Program

  • Is based on a frequency of visits generally discussed with the client. Monark offers an assessment to establish the serviceability levels; this can also be determined or set by the client.

  • The scope of the work may vary, depending on the requirement of the client and Industry, however ground up-keeping generally includes - cleaning of garden beds, soil rejuvenation, pruning, fertilizing, weeding, rubbish removal, hedging and more.

One Off Maintenance Program

Generally this work requires a team to improve the appearance of the property or area of interest. The objective is to create an impact on changes to the presentation. The request may vary in size and include; gardening and weeding, branch trimming and cutting, long grass slashing, rubbish removal, mulch laying, planting and essentially a full clean up and property grooming. Again the clients request may vary in size and scope of work:
